Superhero Kids Kickoff Event
On March 31, artist, Lance Letscher held a private preview of his show at d berman gallery, and helped present the first Superhero Kids Kick-Off Event. A percentage of sales from the evening, as well as all proceeds from 10 limited edition children's books with special book boxes by Jace Graf, were donated to Superhero Kids. Guests enjoyed food provided by Aquarelle Restaurant and wine donated by Glazer's Distributors. Corner5Media presented the new Superhero Kids video to the 125 guests. The evening was a huge success! Many thanks to all who attended and supported Superhero Kids.

Superhero Kids Day!
On Thursday, March 25th the City of Austin officially proclaimed March 26th, Superhero Kids Day in Austin, and presented Superhero Kids with a proclamation. Caitlyn one of our 16 yr. old patients who has been off treatment for 6 months did a fabulous job of addressing the City Council and receiving the proclamation for Superhero Kids!

Friday, March 26, Superhero Kids held its first Superhero Kids Day at the CBCC Patients and siblings decorated Superhero Kids capes generously provided by Fran Velasco. The children played games, ate lunch, enjoyed desserts donated by the Renaissance Hotel, and enjoyed prizes that were donated by various supporters.
